Transportation Technology – Tram, Metro & Automotive
We are your established system supplier for all vehicle types and model years. Our components are in daily use by leading public transport operators and automotive manufacturers.
We master the entire spectrum, from vehicle glazing to lightweight fibre composite materials.
- Glass: Front (cab windscreens), side, and partition windows; hinged and sliding windows. All parts also available heated or curved..
- GRP: Moulded parts made of glass fibre, hot-pressed (SMC) or hand-laminated, also available in flame-retardant versions. according to DIN EN 45545 HL2.
We supply precision-manufactured metal parts for structure, chassis, and drivetrain
- Casting: Cast steel (CS), grey cast iron (GG), spheroidal graphite iron (GGG), die casting (e.g., aluminium, Zamak), investment casting, permanent mould aluminium casting; raw or fully machined.
- Other processes: Forged parts, welded assemblies, laser-cut, stamped and spun parts, precision-turned parts, steel springs.
We provide custom-fit solutions for sealing, guidance, and decoupling.
- Profiles: Extruded aluminium profiles (machined, coated, anodised, including electrolytic anodising), rubber profiles.
- Moulded Parts: Extruded aluminium profiles (machined, coated, anodised), rubber profiles Corner Vulcanization.

- Seats & Mountings: Complete passenger seats, seat frames, grab rail systems incl. fastening parts made of cast aluminium.

Environmental & Industrial Plant Technology – Energy, Waste Management & Industry
We supply heavy-duty components for large-scale thermal plants – precision-engineered, heat-resistant, and documented. Our solutions prove their worth in waste-to-energy (WtE) plants, RDF-fired plants, and industrial furnaces under extreme operating conditions.
Central components for the thermal process in combustion plants:
- Grate bars: For reciprocating, roller, and travelling grates – made from high-temperature resistant cast material (e.g., 1.4848) – individually or as a complete set, according to drawings, samples, or specifications.
- System compatibility: Suitable for all common plant manufacturers; manufactured according to drawing, sample, or specification.
- Accessories: Connections, fastening elements, etc.; other accessories according to drawings and/or samples.
Mechanically resilient elements for high-temperature environments:
- Components: Support systems, grate supports, side rails, guides, rail bearings.
- Materials: Heat-resistant cast steel, CrNi alloys, special steels for temperature ranges up to 1200 °C.
- Machining: Raw or mechanically machined.
Replacement components for scheduled maintenance and retrofitting:
- Component Types: Milled, turned, and laser-cut parts, fasteners, sealing frames, cover and shielding plates.
- Functional parts: Ventilation flaps, arm guides, cleaning access points, heat shields, slide plates.
- Production: Single-part and small-batch production – also for obsolete plant components.
Fluid-dynamically relevant components for air and gas guidance:
- Components: Primary and secondary air nozzles, air baffles, air distribution plates, mixing channels.
- Materials: Stainless steel, high-temperature alloys; requirement profile according to drawing specifications.
- Quality: Production to tight tolerances – incl. 3.1 certificate, crack detection testing, and documentation upon request.

Reverse engineering & production according to sample
A critical component is defective, but technical drawings are missing or the original manufacturer no longer exists? Give us a sample. We will analyze it, create the necessary production documents and have it produced for you in certified quality. In this way, we ensure the continued operation of your existing systems.
Practical example: Production of complex brake linkages exclusively on the basis of a sample part.
Just-in-time logistics from our own warehouse
Minimize your capital commitment and avoid project delays. In our own 1,500 square meter warehouse we stock (critical) components for you and deliver exactly when agreed.
Component assembly
As part of outsourcing projects, we take on the pre-assembly, final assembly or system assembly of your assemblies. We act as your extended workbench and supply ready-to-install units.
